I’ve been building a residential multifamily portfolio since 2014 — starting with a duplex in Concord, NH and growing steadily through careful acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, and strategic refinancing. My focus is on durable cash flow, long-term equity, and properties worth owning for decades.
My background is in aviation — starting as a commercial pilot and progressing into leadership roles across a number of major airlines, most recently with Hawaiian Airlines. That career taught me that good outcomes aren’t accidental — they’re the result of sound systems, clear communication, and disciplined execution.
My investment approach has consistently followed the same playbook: acquire properties with upside, renovate and improve them, bring rents to market rate, and build long-term equity. That cycle of acquisition, improvement, and optimization is the engine behind the portfolio’s growth — and what I look for in every new opportunity.
